ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Showroom Sales Associate to represent our brands directly to buyers in our Los Angeles showroom. You'll be the face of Edgemine for walk-in and scheduled buyer appointments, managing the full sales experience from greeting to order follow-up — including a high volume of WhatsApp-based client communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist buyers in the showroom, providing and maintaining product knowledge and product information
Handle company sales orders and related follow up
Maintain customer database by updating account profiles with accurate information
Prepare and prep for sales meetings (sample preparation, sales reports, etc.)
Follow up on sales leads and sales correspondence, including via WhatsApp
Prepare sales documents as requested
Order all necessary materials requested for sales/production (labels, tickets, stickers, etc.)
Maintain showroom appearance, organize samples, and support day-to-day showroom operations
Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking buyers, both in person and via WhatsApp
Assist with lifting, moving, and organizing sample boxes and inventory (up to 50 lbs)
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have at least one year of wholesale sales experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
WhatsApp sales experience highly preferred
Ability to multi-task
High level of organization and attention to detail
Friendly, professional, respectful communication skills
Must be computer proficient
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Textile and Print Designer, you'll create and edit repeating patterns and colorways for company orders, build compelling presentations for buyers and sales teams, and help keep our design library organized and accessible. This role calls for strong design fundamentals, a sharp eye for color and print, and the time management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create original repeating patterns, prints, and colorways, from concept through production-ready files
Lead print development for assigned brands, translating trend research into cohesive print stories
Collaborate with design teams, and work with mills on strike-offs and color accuracy
Build and present print presentations for buyers and sales teams
Mentor and review the work of assistant and associate textile designers
Maintain an organized library of design files and presentations while meeting deadlines across concurrent projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Art, Design, or a related field
3–5 years of textile or print design experience, preferably in women’s apparel
Advanced proficiency in CAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, plus solid Microsoft Office skills
Strong command of repeats, color separations, and colorway development
Strong color, print, and pattern sense, with a portfolio of original, trend-driven work
Ability to work independently and give clear direction to junior designers

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring an Assistant Fashion Designer to join our design teams. This is a hands-on, production-heavy role that supports every stage of the design and development process — from trend research and sketching to fittings and photoshoot prep. The work is deadline-driven and detail-oriented, but it's what keeps the design calendar on track and the product consistent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Research seasonal trends, colors, and fabrics aligned with the Blu Pepper brand direction
Create and revise flat sketches, colorways, and CADs
Build and maintain organized tech packs for sampling and production
Support sample tracking, fit sessions, and communicate updates to the factory
Help prep for campaign photoshoots — steaming, organizing garments, and assisting on set
Enter and update style data in ERP and maintain internal style records
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
A strong eye for women's fashion, silhouette, and product development
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar tools)
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, especially in process-based, repetitive tasks
A dependable team player with clear, professional communication
Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus
Prior internship or experience in wholesale or production environments preferred

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Junior Sales Account Executive to manage existing or bring new accounts in the juniors, young contemporary or missy sector. We are looking for motivated individuals to grow with us with tons of opportunity to revive our current account matrix or bring on new accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create compelling sales presentations and product assortments for accounts
Consistently research assigned accounts and the market to identify opportunities to grow or expand
Formulate and execute seasonal sales plans, including managing profitability of the account
Manage all customer-related activities, including order maintenance and confirmations
Track retail selling weekly to discover new opportunities for re-orders and go-forward strategies and share internally as well
Work with Design and Production teams on special cut opportunities
Travel to customers and attend trade shows as needed; MAGIC Vegas is required 2 times a year
QUALIFICATIONS
2 - 6 years’ experience managing accounts in the apparel industry
Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Must be able to effectively manage multiple projects within different departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Critical thinking and analytical skills, with firm knowledge of retail math
Strong presentation and relationship management skills
