저희는 Body X Chiro, 홀리스틱 웰니스 모델로 사업을 확장 중인 여성 소유 카이로프랙틱 클리닉입니다. 마사지 테라피스트를 위한 전용 트리트먼트룸을 준비해 두었으며, 저희 카이로프랙틱 진료와 함께 시너지를 낼 수 있는 바디워크 진료를 함께 구축할 분을 찾고 있습니다.
저희는 기존 환자층을 보유하고 있어, 저희가 고객을 제공해드립니다 — 직접 고객층을 구축하거나 영업 활동을 하실 필요가 없습니다. 트리트먼트 업무에만 집중하실 수 있도록, 환자 유치는 저희가 담당합니다.
이는 처음부터 함께 만들어가는 기회입니다: 클리닉의 마사지 부문을 첫날부터 함께 구축해 나가실 수 있습니다. 스케줄은 유연하고 예약 기반으로 운영되며 — 예약된 세션 외에는 상주하실 필요가 없습니다 — 저희가 함께 고객층을 늘려감에 따라 근무 시간도 함께 증가합니다.

근무 방식
예약 기반 스케줄 — 예약된 세션에 대해서만 급여가 지급되며, 예약 사이의 대기 시간에는 급여가 발생하지 않습니다. 예약된 시간 외에는 상주하실 필요가 없습니다.
고정 세션 요금: 시술 종류/경력에 따라 $50–$60, 준비 및 정리 시간 포함이며, 캘리포니아 최저임금 요건을 항상 충족하거나 상회합니다.
팁 없음 — 대부분의 임상/보험 연계 의료 환경과 마찬가지로 팁이 없는 환경입니다. 세션 요금 자체로 온전히 충분하도록 설계되었습니다.
시작 스케줄: 처음에는 제한된 일수/시간으로 시작하며 (함께 협의하여 결정), 예약이 늘어남에 따라 확대됩니다 — 저희 기존 환자층을 통해 적극적으로 고객을 연결해드립니다.

About the Opportunity
We're a female-owned chiropractic office expanding into a broader holistic wellness model. We have a dedicated treatment room ready for a massage therapist to join us and build a complementary bodywork practice alongside our chiropractic care.
We have our own dedicated treatment room and an established patient base — we bring the clients to you, so you can focus on the treatment work, not building a book of business or chasing sales.
This is a ground-floor opportunity: you'll help shape the massage side of the practice from day one. Your schedule is flexible and appointment-based — no requirement to be on-site outside of booked sessions — and grows as we build the client base together.
What We're Looking For
Active CAMTC certification (Certified Massage Therapist or Certified Massage Practitioner)
Preferred specialized modalities: lymphatic drainage massage, buccal massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, sports massage
Willing to train for specialized treatments
Reliable, professional, and passionate about holistic, whole-body wellness
How the Role Works
Appointment-based scheduling — you're paid for booked sessions, not idle time between appointments. No requirement to be on-site outside of scheduled bookings.
Flat session rate, $50–$60 depending on modality/experience, inclusive of setup and cleanup time, always meeting or exceeding CA minimum wage requirements.
No tipping — as with most clinical/insurance-adjacent healthcare settings, this is a no-tip environment. The session rate is designed to stand fully on its own.
Starting schedule: limited days/hours to start (to be determined together), with room to grow as bookings increase — we'll actively cross-refer from our existing patient base to help build your calendar.
Use of a dedicated, private treatment room in our office.
