## 주요 업무

- 매장 운영 및 판매: 매출 목표 달성과 매장 실적 향상을 위한 판매 전략 수립 및 실행
- 팀 리더십: 매장 스태프 채용, 교육, 스케줄 관리 및 동기 부여
- 비주얼 머천다이징(VMD): 높은 수준의 매장 진열 상태 유지 및 우수한 고객 서비스 제공
- 재고 및 행정 관리: 재고 관리 총괄 및 원활한 결제·정산 프로세스 관리
- 본사 커뮤니케이션: 한국 본사에 매장 운영 현황을 보고하고 본사 운영 지침 및 매뉴얼을 현지 매장에 적용

## Position

N.CAT Store Manager

Hiring separately for each location: Del Amo Fashion Center

## Compensation

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Job Classification: Exempt

## Qualifications

- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
- At least one year of retail management experience

## About N.CAT

“Be the face of N.CAT as we take our first step into the U.S. market. We are seeking Store Managers to lead the operations of our new retail locations.”

We are looking for dynamic and responsible leaders to successfully oversee the launch and ongoing operations of our new U.S. stores.

## Key Responsibilities

- Store Operations and Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and improve overall store performance
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and lead store employees
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and ensure excellent customer service
- Inventory and Administrative Management: Oversee inventory control and manage payment, reconciliation, and administrative processes
- Headquarters Communication: Report store performance and operational updates to the Korea headquarters and implement company guidelines and manuals at the local store level
