Designer

• Researching and looking/forecast for new trends
• Create inspiration boards, color palettes, print selection, collection per season
• Work and communicate closely with sales and production
• Minimum of 3~7 years of experience
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and efficient. Ability to maintain workspace clean
• Great communicator and be able to delegate work accordingly to team members
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator proficient
• Bilingual preferred (Korean/English)a



 Pay range: $70k – 100k annual salary (depending on experience/qualification)


E-commerce Operations Specialist

Position Overview

This role supports the day-to-day operations of both e-commerce and wholesale business channels, focusing on product data management, order processing, and system operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple workflows efficiently while adapting to evolving tools and processes.

Responsibilities

* Maintain and update product data across e-commerce and wholesale platforms
* Support order processing, shipment tracking, and fulfillment workflows
* Organize and manage digital files, spreadsheets, and internal data records
* Ensure data accuracy across systems and platforms
* Adapt quickly to new tools, platform updates, and evolving processes
* Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* Reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance
* Positive attitude with a collaborative team-player mindset
* Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
* Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to process changes
* Strong organizational skills with digital files and data management
* Comfortable working with numbers (pricing, quantities, order data)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in wholesale or fashion/apparel industry
* Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (intermediate level: formulas, sorting, data organization)
* Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve workflow efficiency

Salary Range

$50,000 – $65,000 (based on experience and qualifications)






Production Coordinator


Duties and Responsibilities:
      •    Track import timeline from vendors to fulfill approval deadline.
    •    Measure specs and check quality of samples as well as production.
    •    Maintain and organize samples.
    •    Prepare and organize bulk, trim approvals
 
Requirements:
      •    Minimum 1-3 Years of Experience   
      •    Highly organized and detail oriented
•  Team player
      •    Bilingual in Korean & English
      •    Proficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office Programs (MS Office, Word, Excel,   
        Etc)

Salary:
•  Pay Range: $22 - $27/hour
