Fashion Designer (Contemporary / Women’s Ready-to-Wear)
Los Angeles

We are a growing contemporary women’s brand seeking a Fashion Designer to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong design point of view who understands both trend direction and commercial viability. You will be involved in developing seasonal collections, from concept to final production.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop seasonal collections across multiple categories
Research trends, fabrics, trims, and silhouettes
Create sketches, tech packs, and oversee sample development
Collaborate with production and sales teams to align on customer needs
Maintain brand identity while bringing fresh ideas

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in fashion design (contemporary / wholesale preferred)
Strong understanding of the U.S. market
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and design tools
Strong sense of femininity, silhouette, and fabric
Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Bonus:

Experience working with private label / wholesale accounts
Strong awareness of trend-driven yet wearable fashion

주요 업무:

시즌별 컬렉션 디자인 및 개발
트렌드, 원단, 부자재 리서치
스케치 및 테크팩 작업, 샘플 진행 관리
생산팀 및 세일즈팀과 협업하여 시장 니즈 반영
브랜드 아이덴티티를 유지하면서 새로운 디자인 제안

자격 요건:

패션 디자인 경력 3년 이상
미국 시장 및 리테일에 대한 이해
Adobe Illustrator 등 디자인 툴 사용 가능
여성스러운 실루엣과 소재에 대한 감각
빠른 환경에서도 체계적으로 업무 가능
