Office Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Buena Park, CA
Position Overview
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage general email inquiries
Administrative Support
- File, scan, photocopy, and fax documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide general clerical support to the team
Data Management
- Enter and update data in company systems
- Maintain accurate records
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Office or specialized software
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Book meeting rooms
- Assist with events and coordinate vendor appointments

Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
- Previous clerical or customer service experience preferred
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using office equipment (printers, fax machines, scanners)
Attributes
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and welcoming demeanor
- Bilingual in English (required); Korean is a plus
- Real Estate Sales License is a plus
