1.Production Supervisor
Responsibilities:
-Participating in all fittings, taking notes, performing data entry, and communicating with both production and pattern makers as needed.
-Communicate with vendors and issue PO’s and follow up.
-Measurement Checking: Verifying that garment dimensions, including size, fit, and proportions, are within the specified tolerances.
-Organizing and documenting comments for lab dips, strike-offs, and bulk production.
-Organizing and coordinating all samples within the production department.
-Assisting and coordinating the shipment of materials to vendors.
Requirements:
-Min 5-7 year of experience in production
-Must be detail-oriented and organized.
-Familiar with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
-Friendly, professional, and respectful communication skills.
-Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay : $75K and above
2.Import Designer
Responsibilities:
-Lead the design team in all aspects of the design process, from development through production
-Create technical flats using Adobe Illustrator and modify design specifications to align with market trends
-Manage communication between the design and production teams to ensure smooth collaboration
-Organize and document comments for lab dips, strike-offs, and bulk production.
-Maintain the organization of the design archive
Requirement(s)
- Min 5-7 year of experience in Design
-A degree in Fashion Design is required
-Must be highly proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
-Friendly, professional, and respectful communication skills
-Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Must be detail-oriented and organized
Pay : $75K and above
3.Wholesale Fashion trade show assistant/ Sales rep
Responsibilities:
-Receive and process purchase orders from customers.
-Update and maintain sales data and customer records.
-Resolve any order-related customer service inquiries.
-Maintain knowledge of the latest fashion trends and new styles.
-Responsible for the physical organization of the clothing samples
-Develop and nurture professional relationships with retail buyers via email, phone, conference meetings, and fashion trade show events.
Requirement(s)
-1-2 years of working experience in the wholesale fashion industry is preferred.
-1-2 years of sales and customer experience is required.
-College degree is preferred, preferable in Fashion Merchandising or related field.
-Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus (for one position).
-Friendly, professional, and respectful verbal/written communication skills.
-Ability to travel domestically as needed (*Certain trade show events require travel during the weekend).
-Proficient with web-based platforms, Google, and Microsoft suites.
-Must possess office work appropriate typing skills.
-Ability to multi-task and possess attention to detail.
-Must be detail-oriented and organized.
Must be a team player.
Pay : $22 – 25 per hr
