모집 부문
오뚜기 아메리카는 한인 및 아시아 식품 마켓을 대상으로 현장 중심의 영업 활동을 수행하며 매출 성장을 주도할 Sales Representative를 모집합니다. 제품 제안부터 주문 관리, 배송, 판촉까지 전반적인 영업 프로세스를 책임지며, 고객과 관계 구축, 매출 확대, 시장 분석을 수행하는 Sales Role입니다.
주요 업무
• 한인 마켓 및 리테일 고객 대상 현장 방문 기반 신규 고객 발굴 및 기존 거래처 관리
• 매장 매니저 및 바이어와의 대면 미팅을 통한 제품 제안 및 매출 확대
• 고객별 매출 전략 수립 및 실행 (상품 구성, 가격, 프로모션 등)
• 매장 내 제품 진열, 프로모션 실행, 판매 활성화 전략 수행
• 정기적인 매장 방문을 통한 시장 동향 및 경쟁사 정보 수집
• 고객 피드백 및 판매 데이터를 기반으로 한 매출 개선 전략 도출
• AR(외상매출금) 관리 및 리스크 최소화
• 내부 부서(물류, 마케팅 등)와 협업하여 고객 요구사항 반영 및 문제 해결

자격 요건
• 학사 학위 소지자 또는 관련 경력 보유자 우대
• 외근 영업 경력 1년 이상 필수 (식품/소비재 업계 우대)
• 매달 2회 이상 지역 출장 가능자
• 식품/CPG 업계 경험 우대
• 적극적인 대면 커뮤니케이션 및 관계 구축 능력
• 자율적으로 영업 목표를 설정하고 실행할 수 있는 능력
• 한국어/영어 이중 언어 가능자 우대, 한국어 필수
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 사용 가능자, (SAP 경험 우대)

Korean Grocery Market Outside Sales Representative (Exempt)

Position Summary
Otoki America is seeking a field-based Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth within Korean and Asian grocery markets.
This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from product presentation and order management to delivery coordination and promotional execution—while building strong customer relationships, expanding revenue, and analyzing market trends.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts through regular in-person client visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and buyers to drive revenue growth
• Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies (product assortment, pricing, promotions, etc.)
• Oversee in-store merchandising, promotional activities, and sales activation strategies
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and minimize financial risk
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, etc.) to address customer needs and resolve issues
• Track and report on competitor activities and overall market trends
Work Structure
• Korean & Ethnic Market Sales
• Office presence 3–4 times per week for reporting and internal coordination
• Regular local and occasional out-of-state travel required
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum 1+ year of outside/field sales experience required (food or CPG industry preferred)
• Ability to travel locally at least twice per month
• Experience or strong interest in the food/CPG industry preferred
• Strong face-to-face communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage sales objectives proactively
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Korean required; bilingual in Korean and English preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP experience a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: $60,000 – $78,000 (based on experience)
