The key accountabilities of the role include.
IMPORT DESIGNER
• A designer who experience in better and young contemporary market
• Must have at least 5 years and more of experience in import, domestic and with a knit driven
• Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
• International travel required
• Create concepts and develop
Starting Salary $80,000
DESIGNER ASSISTANT
• 1 Year of Experience is plus not required
• Degree in Fashion Design preferred
• Support a design team
• To effectively communicate with venders in China through email
Wage: $20/Hour and up depends on experience
IMPORT PRODUCTION MANAGER
• Organize and upload information daily to WIP report
• Communicate directly with vendors to move procucts efficiently through the sampling
• Coordinate daily with overseas suppliers ensure on-time production.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of multitasking, being proactive, anticipating problems, facilitating problems, solving, escalating, and addressing issues in a timely manner
• Measure specs and check the quality of samples as well as production
• Strong and efficient communication skill
• Must be able to write and speak in English and Korean
• Minimum 7 years of experience as import production manager
• Starting Salary $75000
ASSOCIATE IMPORT PRODUCTION
• Create tech packs and fit comments
• Knowledge of garment construction and spec
• Able to do data entry on the our system and follow up on POs
• Manage the sample flow, by providing shooting samples to marketing team, reviewing all PP and TOP samples, and returning required samples to the vendors
• Review production swatches and verify matches approval
• Assists with sourcing and sampling
• Manage communication with vendors – sampling, color standards, costing, minimums, lead times, and QC issues.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 3 years and more experience in a similar position
• Wage: $25/Hour and up depends on experience
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
• Assist in production development and follow up samples
• 1 year of experience is plus not require
• Fit comments and spec
• To effectively communicate with venders in China through email
Wage: $20/Hour and up depends on experience
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
• Processing and invoicing customer orders daily
• Ability to communicate to customers through phone and email professionally
• Solving customer issue/questions in a professional manner
Wage: $20/Hour and up depends on experience
TRADE SHOW ASSISTANT
• Must be able to attend domestic trade shows (Dallas, Atlanta, Las Vegas)
• Establish/maintain new accounts and process /follow up PO with buyers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Must be fluent in English
• Must have a flexible schedule (travel on the weekends)
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• No experience needed but plus
• Wage: $20/Hour and up depends on experience
