*** Associate Designer ***
• Collaborate with and assist the Head Designer to forecast upcoming fashion trends for the new season
• Develop designs based on the Head Designer’s concepts
• Create flat sketches with specifications including fabric swatches and trims for sample production
• Coordinate sample development
• Attend fitting sessions and arrange photo shoots
• Stand in as a fit model for internal meetings (optional but a major plus)
Requirements:
o Experience in basic budget line preferred
o Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
o Must be an expert in Photoshop and Illustrator
o Fluent in Korean, basic conversational English
Hourly Pay Range: $26-$37/hr (or negotiable depending on experience and skill)
*** Front Desk Billing Assistant ***
• Greet all customers in a welcoming manner
• Accept money in the form of cash, checks, and credit/debit cards for items purchased
• Process registration of new customers and verify business licenses
• Use the ERP system to issue invoices and post payments
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate employee or department
• Forward invoices to the Store Operations team to begin picking/packing of orders
• Assist Accounting team with Accounts Receivable issues
Requirements:
o Conversational Korean and English required. Additional Spanish ability is a major plus
o History of strong attendance and punctuality
o Basic numerical and mathematical skills to accurately process payments, make change, and issue refunds
o Basic computer skills
o High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism in handling financial transactions
Hourly Pay Range: $20-$24 (Depending on experience and skill)
*** Shipping Assistant / Data Entry ***
• Assist with creating and printing pick tickets
• Work with pickers/packers to prepare orders for shipping
• Update packed quantities and file respective paperwork and print shipping labels
• Attach labels, palletize boxes, and transport pallets with pallet jacks
• Assist with coordinating routing schedules and ensure deliveries and pick-ups are on time
• Conduct administrative tasks including scanning and filing documents and answering phone calls
• Assist with any task necessary in the shipping office and on the warehouse floor
Requirements:
o Basic computer skills and accurate and fast typing skills (60+ wpm)
o Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and use a pallet jack to transport boxes
o Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and good attention to detail
Hourly Pay Range: $18.50-$20 (Depending on experience and skill)
*** Quality Control Inspector ***
• Print pages for quality control and locate TOP and PP samples
• Open boxes for inspection
• Take measurements and pictures of each sample and report problems or damages found
• Part-time schedule can be considered if requested
Requirements:
o Basic computer skills
o Ability to communicate in English (speak/read/write)
o Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs
o Excellent attention to detail
o 1+ yr of apparel/garment quality control or equivalent knowledge of garment construction
Hourly Pay Range: $18.50-$20 (Depending on experience and skill)
*** Store Operations Manager / Assistant Manager ***
• Provide leadership to the Operations and the Store Shipping team
• Conduct regular inventory checks and gain full knowledge of the exact location of all stock
• Ensure safety standards and day-to-day operations are followed throughout the facility
• Troubleshoot any issues to improve operations
• Facilitate order processing and ensure customer requests and scheduled deadlines are met
• Communicate with the Sales Department and the Shipping Departments to maintain store inventory and fulfill orders
• Provide training and guidance for new employees and conduct performance evaluations
Requirements:
o Bilingual in Korean and English required
o Additional Spanish ability is a major plus
o Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
o 5+ years of apparel wholesale or operations experience preferred
o Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Hourly Pay Range: $27-$40 (Equivalent to salary of 62k-85k. Negotiable depending on experience and skill)
