Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations and supervise a team of 2–4 members. This role is responsible for payroll, benefits, HRIS optimization, compliance, and HR financial reporting while serving as a key liaison between headquarters and regional teams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-driven, and highly knowledgeable in U.S. labor laws and multi-state HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Leadership
Lead the full employee lifecycle (onboarding through offboarding)
Supervise and mentor HR team members to drive operational excellence
Partner with department leaders to provide HR guidance and best practices
Payroll & Benefits Administration
Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance using ADP Workforce Now
Manage benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), workers’ compensation)
Lead annual insurance renewals and payroll tax compliance
HRIS & Compliance
Drive HRIS implementation and system optimization
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and multi-jurisdictional employment laws
Maintain accurate employee records and oversee audits
Financial & Reporting
Lead month-end HR-related financial closings and reconciliations
Support compensation analysis and workforce reporting
Coordinate HR financial reporting with Accounting/Finance teams
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Korean/English bilingual (professional proficiency)
5–7 years of HR Operations experience
Direct experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN)
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws (federal & multi-state)
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, advanced functions)
Strong PowerPoint and reporting capabilities
Preferred:
Background in accounting or financial operations
Experience in HR systems implementation
