GRAPHIC DESIGNER + CONTENT CREATOR
Qualifications & Responsibilities
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
• Design website banners, advertisements, and marketing materials
• Retouch and upload the product image
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred
• English proficiency preferred
• Fashion content creation
• Photography & video shooting
• CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
• Fashion industry experience preferred
ASSISTANT DESIGNER
• Create and prepare sample development packages for overseas vendors and factories
• Communicate with Chinese vendors regarding sample development, revisions, and production details
• Prepare detailed tech packs, design notes, and specification sheets
• Follow up on sample status and maintain development timelines
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, trims, colors, and silhouettes
• Organize design files, samples, and development records
• Maintain accurate and detailed email communication with vendors
Qualifications
• Strong fashion sense and understanding of current trend
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities
• Strong written communication and email correspondence skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Experience in apparel design, product development, or a related field is preferred)
E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR
• Upload and manage products on e-commerce platforms
• Create and update product descriptions, pricing, and product information
• Organize and maintain product images and digital assets
• Monitor inventory and online product listings
• Coordinate website updates, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Assist with FashionGo, Faire, and other online wholesale platforms
• Analyze sales performance and customer trends
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and design teams
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all online channel
Qualifications
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and online merchandising
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up abilities
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and image editing preferred
• Strong computer skills, including photoshop, Excel and Google Work
• Knowledge of FashionGo, Faire, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• English proficiency required; Korean is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred
