Position: SCM Analyst

[Role & Responsibilities]
• Monitor and manage 3PL inventory levels, including inbound/outbound movements, accuracy, aging, and replenishment to ensure uninterrupted franchise supply.
• Build and maintain cost structures and landed cost models, incorporating sourcing cost, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
• Generate and maintain regular reports on inventory, COGS, supplier spend, and forecasting; monitor variances between forecasted vs. actual costs and volumes.
• Analyze demand forecasts and purchasing requirements to determine procurement quantities, timing, and safety stock levels.
• Manage and follow up on direct sourcing channels from poultry processing plants to franchisees, as well as 3PL-based distribution flows.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Warehouse/3PL partners, Logistics, and Franchise teams to align supply strategies and prevent disruptions.
• Collaborate with Finance to reconcile accounts payable discrepancies, supplier invoices, and cost variances.
• Perform scenario-based analysis and simulations (e.g., volume changes, sourcing options) to evaluate financial and operational impact.
[Required Qualifications]
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to build cost models and what-if simulations to support sourcing and inventory decisions.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and pivot tables.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a multi-channel supply environment.
[Preferred Knowledge & Experience]
• Familiarity with 3PL warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
• Understanding of direct sourcing vs. warehouse-based distribution models.
• Exposure to imported products and international supply chains (Korea–U.S. preferred).

Role & Responsibilities
• Develop a strong understanding of the poultry (broiler chicken) supply chain, including sourcing, processing, pricing structures, and yield implications within a franchise business model.
• Import & Consolidation Management: Plan and execute container consolidation strategies for Korea-manufactured BHC proprietary products, optimizing container utilization and shipping schedules to the U.S
• Oversee end-to-end supply flows across:
o Poultry processing plants → franchise direct sourcing
o Suppliers → 3PL → franchise distribution
o Korea-manufactured BHC proprietary products → U.S. 3PL → franchisees

• Logistics & Trucking Control: Oversee drayage and domestic trucking routes (FTL/LTL) to ensure uninterrupted supply from 3PL warehouses to franchisees
• Analyze demand forecasts and purchasing requirements to determine procurement quantities, timing, and safety stock levels.

• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Warehouse/3PL partners, Logistics, and Franchise teams to align supply strategies and prevent stock-outs or delivery disruptions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Economics, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to analyze costs, margins, and supply scenarios.
• Ability to build cost models and what-if simulations to support sourcing and inventory decisions.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a multi-channel supply environment.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, 3PL partners, and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Experience in food, poultry, meat, or temperature-sensitive supply chains.
• Familiarity with 3PL warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
• Understanding of direct sourcing vs. warehouse-based distribution models.
• Experience supporting franchise or multi-unit retail operations.
• Exposure to imported products and international supply chains (Korea–U.S. preferred).

Junior Finance Analyst & Junior Accountant
We are looking for a Finance Analyst or Junior Accountant to support the financial operations of BHC USA LLC. This position will be responsible for day-to-day accounting management, financial reporting, and analysis, as well as supporting process improvements within the finance function.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy and integrity in financial data.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR, and general ledger entries
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review invoices and prepare payments and expense reports to ensure compliance with company policy
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Perform financial analysis to support management decision-making
• Support external audits and liaise with auditors and tax advisors
• Contribute to process automation and system improvement initiatives within the finance function
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations
• Serve as a bilingual liaison (Korean and English) to bridge communication between U.S. and Korean teams, ensuring cultural and operational clarity
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Quickbooks or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
