Now Hiring: Sushi Chef and sushi helper (maki roller)
New Upscale Sushi & Robata Restaurant | Glendale, CA (Brand Blvd near Americana)
Target Opening: Feb 2026 | Full-Time Positions
We are opening an exciting new high-end Sushi & Robata restaurant this Feburary in the heart of Glendale — Brand Blvd, near the Americana. We are now hiring key members of our opening culinary team.
Positions Available:
Sushi Chef
Maki Chef
Candidates who can do both sushi and Maki encouraged to apply — but this is not required. We are looking for talented individuals in either or both areas.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience as a sushi chef.
Expertise in sushi preparation, knife skills, and ingredient handling
Ability to maintain exceptional quality, cleanliness, and consistency in execution
Passion for Japanese cuisine, hospitality, and guest experience
Positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
Full-time availability
