Hello, our growing residential portfolio is seeking an organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day care and coordination of multiple furnished properties. This role involves managing turnover schedules, communicating with vendors, and ensuring each unit meets consistent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and supply restocking
-Review unit conditions and ensure spaces remain clean and functional
-Maintain calendars and organize property schedules
-Communicate promptly and clearly with internal teams or clients
-Track expenses, organize receipts, and assist with operational reporting
-Perform on-site visits as needed for inspections or problem-solving
-Respond to urgent issues or requests in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in property coordination, facility operations, or a similar field (preferred, but not required)
-Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Tech-savvy with comfort using apps for scheduling and task management
-Reliable transportation if the role requires site visits
Nice to Have:
-Experience managing multiple furnished properties
-Familiarity with digital locks, basic handyman work, or vendor coordination
-Prior experience in residential or hospitality-related environments
