General Responsibilities:
•Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required.
•Maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment.
•Designing products based on the requirements of the company.
•Presenting design plans to managers and clients.
•Conducting product testing.
•Overseeing quality control programs and overall maintenance in a facility.
•Developing CAD Project drawings and reviewing drawings for accuracy.
•Provide Business Support when necessary.
•Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
•Create, develop, and plan mechanical designs for new products.
•Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration.
•Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software.
•Manage customer response to follow up a request
•Perform detailed documentation and assigned business work.
•Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors for installation and A/S.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent working experience.
•Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
•Written and verbal communication skills.
•Technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
•Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once.
Stipend: $55K/ year
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
Fringe Benefits:
•Relocation Fee Support: $2,000
