General Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate job postings and screen applicants.
-Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
-Prepare new hire paperwork and conduct orientation.
2. Employee Relations
-Assist in resolving employee concerns and complaints.
-Promote positive workplace culture.
-Support performance management processes.
3. Payroll & Benefits
-Assist in processing payroll changes and attendance tracking.
-Support benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries.
4. HR Compliance & Documentation
-Maintain personnel files and HRIS data.
-Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws (FMLA, FLSA, etc.).
-Support internal and external audits.
5. General Support
-Translate and interpret between Korean and English when necessary.
-Prepare HR reports and support administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Some HR or office experience is a plus
-Good communication and people skills
-Can use Microsoft Word and Excel
-Organized and pays attention to details
-Bilingual In Korean & English
Stipend: $48K / year
Working Hour: Mon – Fri, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
