Company Controller
Radix Fire Protection, a well-established fire sprinkler and alarm contractor, seeks an experienced Controller to lead all accounting and finance functions and provide clear financial guidance to ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee A/R, A/P, payroll, HR benefits, inventory, and job cost accounting.
• Preparing financial reports and producing activity statements, reconciling bank statements, and monitoring bank accounts.
• Oversee government-certified payroll documentation
• Ensure accurate job setup, cost tracking, lien compliance, and contract reporting.
• Maintain and refine accounting systems, internal controls, and collection processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or MBA desirable).
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years as Controller
• Expertise in job costing, Schedule of Value Billing, and mechanic’s lien law is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail
• Bilingual in English and Korean
Compensations:
• Competitive salary ($65K to $100K/year) commensurate with experience.
