Job Description: We're seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is crucial in supporting our financial operations and contributing to the overall success of Golf Plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
