[ Sales Representative ]

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism, sincerity, and friendliness
• Travel domestically for sales meetings, trade shows, and client visits
• Achieve sales growth and build long-term partnerships with clients
• Prepare sales reports and organize customer data using Excel and Google Sheets

 

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in apparel, fashion, or related industries
• Strong customer network and proven ability to build new business relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Highly responsible, diligent, and committed to customer satisfaction
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and other office software
• Team-oriented with a long-term vision for growth

Salary: Starting at $75,000+ (to be discussed during the interview)


[ Pre-Production Coordinator ]

(Minimum 3+ years of experience in women’s apparel import production required)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with overseas vendors regarding customer orders and production needs
• Oversee the production process from development through final delivery
• Manage production timelines and follow up to ensure on-time shipment
• Notify internal teams of new arrivals and update system records accordingly
• Act as a liaison between sales and production teams
• Inspect garment quality (stitching, seams, trims, finishes)
• Understand garment construction, fabric specs, and technical details
• Proficient in MS Office / Excel and general computer skills

Salary: Starting at $62,000+ (to be discussed during the interview)


[ E-Commerce Specialist ]

Responsibilities

• Process daily e-commerce orders across multiple platforms
• Upload and manage product listings on FashionGo, Faire, Shopify, and other marketplaces
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory and fulfillment
• Assist with photoshoots: sample prep, styling support, and post-shoot organization
• Conduct market and competitor research to support pricing and product decisions
• Optimize product listings for conversion (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
• Handle customer inquiries via email and phone with professional communication
• Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations (fashion industry preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, FashionGo, and Faire
• Strong understanding of marketplace workflow (orders, returns, inventory)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or Shopify Analytics (traffic, conversion, sales reporting)
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with marketplace ads (FashionGo Ads, Faire Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Korean bilingual ability is a plus
