Key Responsibilities:
- Edit product photos using Photoshop to enhance visuals for online listings, marketing, and social media.
- Assist in photoshoots and support various e-commerce projects to help drive product visibility and sales.
- Manage the uploading and updating of products on multiple e-commerce platforms, such as Fashion Go, Faire, Shopify, and others.
- Oversee order processing, shipping, returns, and coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Track stock levels, manage supplier communication, and assist with demand forecasting to ensure the right products are always in stock.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, the checkout process is smooth, and the website is functioning properly across all platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide top-tier support to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Utilize analytics to track key metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize processes to increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks with precision and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various image formats and e-commerce platforms.
- Must be adaptable, open to feedback, and eager to grow within the role.
Must be eligible to work in the USA.
