Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Staff / Assistant Manager.
This role involves developing and implementing programs to enhance employee relations, supporting staff, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in Human Resources and a deep understanding of best practices in employee management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement programs to foster positive employee relations and provide comprehensive support to all staff members.
• Analyze wage and salary reports to design competitive compensation plans.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure all policies comply with federal and state laws.
• Review contracts and agreements for company offices, branches, and stores.
• Oversee the new hire orientation process to ensure effective integration into the company culture.
• Advise management on resolving employee relations issues effectively and professionally.
• Assist documents for HR related audits.
• Act as a liaison between the company and external legal/professional resources to maintain compliant employment policies.
• Manage employee onboarding, recruiting, and staffing processes.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processing.
• Lead reviews and updates of existing policies to reflect current best practices and legal standards.
• Manage company invoices and payments.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
• Demonstrated progressive leadership experience in Human Resources roles.
• Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning/development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal advisors and management.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Logistics Planning물류기획팀 – Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor order fulfilment
• Expedite urgent orders
• Daily communication with sales and third party logistics providers
• Optimizing material flow throughout the plant site
• General administration filing, queries, claims, checking costs in accordance with departmental requirements
• Tracking progress and developing metrics on the process
• Developing presentation material for status meetings
• Contribute to the development of Coway operations software by organizing data, reporting and performing user acceptance testing
• Analyze all aspects of the program’s logistics to determine most cost-effective
• Plan and implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements based on diminishing demand
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, data manipulation, pivot tables).
• Expertise in PowerPoint (creating professional presentations).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Job Description:
• The Operation Planning Team manages the company's vision and policies.
• Planning, education and training, and internal/external satisfaction surveys, evaluations, and analysis are included in their responsibilities.
• The planning department establishes long-term vision and annual policies to oversee enterprise-wide operations.
• The education department develops an annual education plan based on established policies and regularly provides training to employees.
• The Operation Planning Team systematically measures and analyzes customer satisfaction.
• They manage and monitor service quality.

Job Responsibilities:
Secures revenue by verifying and posting receipts; resolving discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Duties:
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions form lock box and local deposits.
• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Accounts Receivable Clerk Skills and Qualifications:
