Office Assistant (part time or full time)
Pay range: $17 - $20 per hour
Responsibilities included, but are not limited to:
- Answer and direct phone calls and correspondence such as mail and packages.
- Assist visitors and clients.
- Maintain and update office supplies inventory and order when necessary.
- Assist with data entry and file management.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Manage office equipment, ensuring they are well maintained and operational.
- Assist with special projects or tasks assigned by management.
- Schedule and track incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain records of logistical transactions and inventory levels.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials for shipments.
- Provide support to the logistics team.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an office, logistics, or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift light office supplies.

Graphic Designer Assistant (Full time)
Pay Range: $21 - $25 per hour
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the creation of digital and print material, including social media graphics, website banners, product packaging, promotional materials.
- Organize, archive, and maintain the digital library of design assets, such as images, logos, and templates.
- Work closely with other team members to understand design needs and execute creative concepts.
- Help make design revision based on feedback from the manager, ensuring all materials are up to date and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with design trends in the beauty industry, helping the team incorporate the latest styles and visuals into projects.
- Assist in creating mockups and design presentations for new products.
- Prepare and ensure files are ready for print production, ensuring all specifications (resolution, color mode, etc.) are met.
- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of photo and video shoot, working with photographers, videographers, and models.
- Capture high-quality product images for use in marketing materials, social media, websites and packaging.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual design, or related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative suites, and knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to muti-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Experience in photography and videography.
- Bilingual in English and Korean.
Web Designer (full time)
Pay range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design and develop visually appealing websites with responsive layouts.
- Design and develop HTML-based email templates for marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging user interfaces using tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for website design.
- Design and customize Shopify stores, ensure a seamless shopping experience with visually appealing product pages, navigation, and checkout process.
- Optimize product listing, create compelling images and content for Amazon storefronts, and ensure they are visually consistent with the brand’s identity.
- Design and produce high-quality marketing assets, including banners, social media graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistent design elements across all platforms, including websites, emails, marketing assets, and eCommerce.
- Continuously monitor the performance of website, email campaigns, and marketing assets to optimize user engagement and conversion.
- Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Web design, graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
- 3 + years of experience in web design, ecommerce, and email marketing.
- Proficient in web design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Suites.
- Experience with Java, HTML/CSS.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams.
- Time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and design trends.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Bilingual in English and Korean.
Product Development Specialist (Full time)
Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the development of new beauty products by identifying market trends, conducting competitor analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to define product concepts, formulas, and specifications.
- Oversee product testing, including stability, efficacy, and safety testing. Analyze feedback and make adjustments to formulas or production processes as necessary.
- Manage multiple product development projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and milestones are met. Lead the planning and coordination of all phases of the product lifecycle, from ideation and design to launch.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors for sourcing product materials, packaging, and production services. Ensure adherence to quality control and regulatory standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and new technologies. Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing product lines.
- Ensure that all products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, including labeling, ingredient safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all development stages, including project timelines, budget reports, and product specifications. Provide regular updates to the CEO on project progress and challenges.
- Communicate with foreign/domestic partners on product development and testing.
- Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, cosmetic science, or a related field.
- Additional certification in project management or beauty industry certification are a plus.
- 3 + years of experience in beauty product development or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the beauty and personal care market, including product formulation, testing, and regulatory requirements.
- Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on details and data-driven decision making.
- Bilingual in English and Korean.
