-Min 2 years of experience preferred
- Be able to follow up and Invoice orders
- Assisting customers with their questions and inquiries via email and phone
- Ability to build relations with boutiques, companies, vendors, and more
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Fluency in English required. (Korean and Spanish could be a plus)
- Create accurate product descriptions and titles
- Uploading products across different platforms such as Fashion Go, Shopify, and Faire
- Related customer service and sales assistance
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
- Knowledge of social media platforms
