Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sketching, technical drawing, and sample development

- Support fit approvals and line development
- Manage multiple projects with attention to deadlines

- 1–2 years of fashion design experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Sales Associate to support our digital retail operations. This position covers customer service, inventory management, product uploads, and content creation across multiple platforms like FashionGo and Shopify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and social media
- Process and fulfill online orders
- Manage product listings and inventory updates
- Support email marketing, e-blasts, and promotional content
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience with FashionGo and Shopify
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Organized, communicative, and customer-focused
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
