Associate Designer
• Experience in Dresses preferred, minimum 3 years.
• Create inspiration boards, color palettes, collection per season
• Oversee the production of designs, fitting, managing cost
• Flexible to travel internationally
• Ability to collaborate with fellow counterparts
• Must be motivated and extremely detail oriented
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator MS Office proficient
• Bilingual in Korean & English (Must be able to read & write Korean)
Assistant Designer
• Bilingual in Korean & English (Must be able to read & write Korean)
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator proficient
• Must be motivated and extremely detail oriented
• Manage and organize design documents and swatches, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with designers and assist in creating new designs while keeping brand consistency in mind.
• Be a team member to provide timely support, contribute creative ideas, and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Keep styles organized and up-to-date, making it easy to access and utilize assets.
FIT TECHNICIAN
• Past dress line experience preferred.
• Min. 3 years experience
• Conduct fit sessions
• Demonstrate clear and effective written communications to overseas vendors
• Ability to grade garments accordingly
• Ability to identify potential production, quality, and design issues
• Proficient MS Office
• Must be motivated and extremely detail oriented
• Must be able to meet strict deadlines
• Team player
Accountant / HR
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Be familiar with wages and hours, especially hourly employees, compliance, and laws
• Careful and detail-oriented.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Payroll Processing
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Working independently with minimal supervision and guidance
• Flexibility in adapting to changes in company needs and projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Maintaining our filing system and documents accurately
• Support sales, operational, and financial reporting duties
Import Production Manager• Bilingual in Korean & English (Must be able to read & write Korean)
• Individual with at least 3 year of experience in import production (China)
• Well organized & detail oriented
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal
• Knowledge of MS Office / ERP system / WIP
Pre Production Assistant
• Bilingual in Korean & English (Must be able to read & write Korean)
• Individual with at least 1 year of experience in import production
• Well organized & detail oriented
• Knowledge of MS Office / ERP system
• Willing to train
