What you’ll do:
Jump into every part of our import production process and learn something new every day
Use ERP systems and Microsoft Office (don’t worry—we’ll help you get the hang of it!)
Support our private label and licensed brands
Help us stay organized and keep things running smoothly
Chat with teammates in both Korean and English
Who you are:
You have at least 1 year of production experience
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to help wherever needed
You bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
???? Customer Service (Full-Time)
What you’ll do:
Take care of e-commerce and in-house orders (our customers will love you!)
Build real connections with customers—answering questions, solving problems, and making sure everyone feels heard
Communicate by email and phone in a friendly, professional way
Who you are:
You’ve got some customer service experience (especially in apparel, but not required!)
You love helping people and always have a smile in your voice
???? Warehouse Crew (Full-Time)
What you’ll do:
Pick, pack, label, and deliver orders to cargo locations
Keep track of supplies like boxes, tape, and shrink wrap
Organize our racks and boxes so everything’s easy to find
???? Import Designer
What you’ll do:
Use your 3+ years of experience to dream up and design new styles, colors, and patterns
Research and forecast the next big trends
Work closely with our sales and production teams
Juggle lots of tasks and keep the creativity flowing
Who you are:
You know Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop like the back of your hand
You’re detail-oriented, creative, and a great communicator
You have an AA or BA in Fashion (or similar experience)
Being bilingual in Korean is a big plus!
