[Senior Accountant in Tax and Accounting]
▶ Tax & Accounting Senior Job Descriptions:
 Review of staff work
 Ongoing staff training
 Provide direct consultation to clients
 Engage in client training and education
 Work with managers and partners
 Periodically engage in due diligence and agreed upon procedure projects
 Perform all jobs described under staff accountant position

▶ Tax & Accounting Senior Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance preferred
 Minimum 3~4 years of public accounting experience preferred
 Must be highly proficient with Lacerte & QuickBooks
 Solid GAAP & Tax knowledge
 Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines for multiple projects
 Must be able to work under minimum supervision
 Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (word and excel)
 Attention to detail and accuracy
 Solid interpersonal/communication skills
 Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
 Must be able to work overtime during the busy season and as needed
 Bi-lingual preferred (English and Korean)

[Staff Accountant in Tax and Accounting]
▶ Tax & Accounting Staff Job descriptions:
 Bookkeeping / client data review / data entry
 Periodic bank and credit card reconciliation
 Posting adjusting journal entries
 Periodic financial statements (preparation & compilation)
 Tax return preparation for business and individual
 Sales tax return preparation and filing
 Various government licenses and permits
 Various governments notice follow-up & resolution
 Client communications
 Filing & organizing documents

▶ Tax & Accounting Staff Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance preferred
 1~2 years of general or public accounting experience preferred

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (word and excel)
