FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST (STARTING $30+)
Position Details
• Employment Type: Full-Time (x5 / WEEK)
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Responsibilities
• Greet and assist clients at the front desk
• Manage appointments using the Boulevard booking system
• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails
• Client check-in and check-out
• Perform basic computer and administrative tasks/Canva Projects
• Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
• Experience with Boulevard booking system (preferred)
• Previous medspa or receptionist experience (1 YEAR MIN. REQUIRED)
• Comfortable using computers and technology
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual: Korean and English

Esthetician (STARTING $30+)
- Hiring full-time and part-time positions
- Strong knowledge of facials, skin analysis, and aftercare
- Willingness to learn advanced aesthetic treatments and technology
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable schedule and strong punctuality
- Comfortable working in a medical spa environment

REGISTERED NURSE (Starting $60+)
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License (CA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical or aesthetic experience preferred
- Experience in aesthetic treatments (laser, RF, injectables support, IV therapy, etc.)
- Strong understanding of patient safety and protocols
- Professional bedside manner with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a medical spa / cosmetic setting
- Willing to follow clinic protocols and collaborate with providers
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual
