1. SCM Coordinator (Entry-Level) (CA)

Job Responsibilities

• Logistics Data Management and Analysis

• Collect, manage, and analyze outbound and transportation data

• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates and logistics costs

• Outbound and Logistics Schedule Management

• Propose process improvements and optimization strategies based on data analysis

• Collaborating with Partners and Team

• Ensure the quality and regulatory compliance of refrigerated products

• Monitor logistics processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations

• Prepare and report logistics status to management

2. SCM Specialist (CA)

Job Responsibilities

• Logistics Data Management and Analysis

• Collect, manage, and analyze outbound and transportation data

3. Sales Support Coordinator (CA)

Job Responsibilities

• Sales & AR Data Management

  • Track Accounts Receivable (AR), overdue payments, and coordinate with Finance for resolution

   • Maintain accurate sales records, pricing data, and customer information

• Reporting & Analysis

  •  Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports (by channel, customer, SKU)

  •  Monitor sales vs. target performance and highlight gaps

  • Maintain pricing history and cost/margin tracking

4. B2B Sales Regional Account Manager Sales 

Job Responsibilities

• Post, verifies, & records customer payments & transactions related to AR

• Prepare customer statements and collection

• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports and verify accuracy

• Bank and Credit card reconciliation

• Assist on month-end and year-end closing and auditing

• Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed

• Perform filing, scanning, and copying

• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

5. B2C Sales Regional Account Manager Sales 

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution targets across assigned grocery chains

• Drive distribution gains, item authorizations, and shelf placement for core and innovation products

• Identify growth opportunities by retailer, banner, category, and region

• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and budget management for assigned accounts

• Manage day-to-day relationships with regional and divisional buyers, category managers, and retail decision-makers

• Lead line reviews, new item presentations, and business reviews with grocery chains

• Negotiate pricing, promotions, trade spend, and program participation in line with company guidelines

• Ensure compliance with retailer requirements, policies, and timelines

• Manage, train, and motivate broker teams to execute regional strategies

• Set clear KPIs for brokers and evaluate performance against distribution, sales, and execution goals

• Coordinate with distributors on inventory, forecasting, fill rates, and new item onboarding

• Resolve distributor and broker issues related to deductions, service, and execution
