We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our Japanese restaurant locations. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in restaurant operations, financial management, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with company standards and local regulations.
* Financial Performance: Drive sales growth, manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability through strategic planning and execution.
* Process Improvement: Implement best practices to enhance productivity, streamline inventory management, and maintain high-quality standards.
* Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, evaluate competitors, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
* Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor restaurant managers and key staff to foster a high-performance culture.
* Customer Experience: Uphold superior service standards, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.
* Compliance & Quality Assurance: Enforce adherence to health, safety, and labor regulations while maintaining excellence in food quality and presentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in restaurant operations management, preferably within franchise or Japanese dining establishments.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi-location teams, drive performance, and implement operational improvements.
* Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost control strategies.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and restaurant management software.
* Customer Focus: Passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining brand reputation.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary: Starting at $78K Base + Performance-Based Bonuses + Benefits
Flexible Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as required
