Job Description:
• Assist in performing routing inspections and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Help troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system issues
• Support maintenance technicians in repairing equipment and replacing worn or damaged parts
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and ready for use
• Monitor and record maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with all workplace safety guidelines
• Responding to emergency repair requests to minimize production downtime
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards
• Support any additional duties as required by the maintenance team
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical school education is a plus)
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Experience or willingness to learn about production machinery and maintenance procedures
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
