1. Logistics:
We are looking for a logistics team member to facilitate and process our chain store orders. Duties include routing orders, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating shipments. Experience with chain stores such as Ross and TJ MAXX is a plus. We can train the willing.
Skills:
• Must be detail orientated and organized
• Proficient in English. Spanish is a plus but not necessary
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
• Knowledge of basic computer skills - Outlook, Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8:30am -5:00pm (Mon-Fri)
Pay: $20 - $25 / Hour (DOE)
2. Import Production Team Member:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team and help manage the import production process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage overseas production timelines with international suppliers.
• Track and ensure the timely delivery of products from overseas manufacturers.
• Monitor quality control processes and ensure products meet company standards before shipment.
• Collaborate with the Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales teams to address production delays or issues.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve production and shipping issues, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.
• Oversee the import process, including handling shipping documents and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Assist with cost negotiations and vendor management.
• Maintain accurate documentation for each production cycle, including import-related paperwork, PO tracking, and shipment records.
• Ensure production meets both internal deadlines and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in import production, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience managing relationships with overseas vendors and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with production tracking systems.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to problem-solve and adjust to changes in production or shipment schedules.
• Knowledge of import documentation (such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs documents) is a plus.

3. Graphic Designer:
Job Description:
We are looking for a designer that can create packaging concepts for our beauty and skincare products. Our diverse range of products must be showcased with an innovative and captivating look and we are looking for an imaginative, passionate professional designer that can bring our products to life!
Required Skills / Experience:
• A designer with a strong understanding of how to capitalize market trends into sellable products in beauty and skincare products
• Understanding of beauty industry trends
• Experience with major retailers, familiarity with the production process is helpful, but not required.
• Minimum 2-years of experience in the design field preferred.
Proficiency in the following programs required:
• Illustrator
• Photoshop

4. Warehouse Manager:
Qualifications:
• Previous 2 years warehouse experience
• Time management and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Shipping, Receiving and Inventory control
• Previous chain store experience is a plus

Working Hours: 8:00am -4:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Compensation: Staring $25 - / Hour (DOE)
