Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role requires a detail-oriented leader who can manage a team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain accurate records using advanced spreadsheet tools and Inventory Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage warehouse staff with training and performance evaluations (team size 5~6).
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
Ensure compliance with Cal-OSHA safety guidelines.
Oversee and assist in the receipt, storage, and shipping of products.
Need to be able to do everything the team members do.
Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP system (SellerCloud).
Address and resolve any warehouse issues or discrepancies.
Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
Past experience with any Inventory Management Software.
Strong understanding of Cal OSHA safety guidelines and OSHA-30 certification or something similar.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience as a warehouse manager.
Past experience working with thousands of SKU preferred.
