● ACOE 인증 검안대학(College of Optometry)에서 취득한 정식 검안학 박사(O.D.) 학위.
● 캘리포니아주 검안위원회(California State Board of Optometry)가 발급한
유효하고 제한 없는 검안 면허 소지자로, 보수교육 요건을 현재 기준으로 준수하고 있는 분.
캘리포니아 검안 면허가 유효하다는 것은 이미 ACOE 인증 검안대학 졸업,
NBEO 시험 및 캘리포니아 법규시험 합격, 범죄경력 지문조회 통과,
보수교육 요건 준수 (2년마다 40시간, TPA 인증 시 50시간)를 모두 충족했음을 의미합니다
캘리포니아 사업전문직법(BPC) §§3055–3059; 16 CCR §1536.

계약 조건
● BRAND NEW부티크 매장 100 Sq 검안진료실 및 최신장비들 사용에 대한 허가와 함께 제공되는
독립 서브리스 계약으로, 캘리포니아 사업전문직법 (BPC) §655 및 §2556을 준수하여 구성됩니다.
● 2026년 9월 개원과 함께 시작되는 1년 계약- 기간만료후에도 협의후 매년 연장가능합니다.
● 세부 조건은 개별 협의 및 비공개로 진행됩니다.

REQUIREMENTS
● Fluency in Korean and English.
● Someone who helps maintain a positive, upbeat atmosphere in all in-store communication.
● A genuine commitment to careful, refined patient care.
● A Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an ACOE-accredited school or college of optometry.
● Active, unrestricted license to practice optometry issued by the California State Board of Optometry, in current standing on all continuing education requirements.
An active California optometry license already confirms graduation from an ACOE-accredited school, passing scores on the NBEO exams and the California Law & Regulations Exam, a completed criminal background check, and current continuing education compliance (40 hours every two years; 50 if TPA-certified) - Business & Professions Code §§3055–3059; 16 CCR §1536. Please do not request an interview without genuine intent to proceed.
TERMS
● An independent sublease providing use of a 100 sq. ft. examination room and state-of-the-art equipment within a brand-new boutique location, structured in compliance with California Business & Professions Code §655 and §2556.
● A one-year term commencing with the September 2026 opening, renewable annually thereafter by mutual agreement.
● Terms discussed directly, and in confidence.
