Korean Air is seeking motivated and talented individuals to fill the part-time position of Passenger Service Agent in our Los Angeles Int’l Airport office.
1. Part Time Passenger Service Agent (Los Angeles, CA)
º Position: Passenger Service Agent
º Location: Los Angeles Int’l Airport (LAX)
º Experience: Entry-Level
º Job Type: Part-Time
2. Job Description/Responsibilities
º Provide top quality customer service to passengers at the airport.
º Perform arrival duties such as supervising the transfer of baggage, translating Customs and Border Protection interviews, supervising the cleaning
of the aircraft, escorting passengers with special needs, etc.
º Perform departure duties such as check-in, ticketing, reservations, gate services, overseeing baggage assortment and
loading, ramp service, weights and balances (load) control, etc.
º Comply with all federal, state, and airport authority security requirements and Korean Air’s policies.
º Handle any necessary report generation and any general administration tasks.
º Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by managers.
º Perform KAL Lounge receptionist duties, such as verifying customer access, supervising and monitoring the food and beverages area, etc.
3. Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
º Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
º Must be able to work on days, evenings weekends and holidays
º Fluency in Korean language strongly preferred
º Previous airline customer service experience preferred
