Haitai Inc. is looking for qualified individuals for following positions.
Location: CERRITOS, CA
1.Position : Accounting/HR Administrator
Salary Range : $45,000 - $65,000 per year or negotiable for experienced candidates
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (included but are not limited to the following):
HR Duties
• Maintain job posting sources, phone screen, and background checks.
• Maintain new hire/exit documents
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Maintain timecard records
• Worker’s compensation injuries, claims and return to work management
• Worker’s comp. audit
• Be available to serve in backup capacity for other Administrative Functions
Accounting Duties
• Review, verify and enter invoices(A/P)
• Prepare and process accounts payable checks and ACH payments
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Prepare and process payroll checks
• Make payroll tax deposits on time
• Prepare payroll quarterly reports, and yearly reports
• Prepare W-2 forms and 1099 forms
• Prepare 401(k) report and deposits
• Prepare 401(K) Form 5500
• Make General Journal entries
• Depreciation(Fixed Assets)
• Prepare monthly B/S, P/L
• Prepare and process various tax and license payments
• Other Accounting related work
Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Bilingual in Korean
• 2-3 years of experience preferred
2. Position : Driver
Salary Range : $20 - $24/hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Pick orders & deliver the merchandise to customers
• Prepare inventory/merchandise for delivery
• Accurately pick merchandise
• Managing merchandise with appropriate care
• Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Driving forklift to load & unload merchandise
• Perform general warehouse duties
Requirements:
• Must have class “A” or “B” license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
