Collaborating with franchisees and store managers to ensure adherence to brand standards
Monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies for cost control and revenue growth
Leading training programs to enhance the skills of the operations team
Implementing and maintaining health and safety standards across all locations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to analyze financial reports and implement strategies for improvement
Experience in franchise operations is a plus

Salary $70,000+
Position: Corporate Tax Manager
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of our corporate tax function. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position
Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and legislation
Manage and lead the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns
Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and provide insightful recommendations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize tax implications for business decisions
Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, advising the organization on potential impacts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred
10+ Years of experience as a Corporate Tax Manager or similar role

Responsibilities:
As an R&D Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation within our organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
