Senior Architectural Designer
One Design Lab, Inc.
One Design Lab, Inc. is an architecture, interior design, and construction firm located in Los Angeles. We maintain an interactive dialogue between architect, client and collaborators in order to insure well-thought out design and construction. One Design Lab, Inc. has designed commercial and residential spaces in Los Angeles, San Jose, San Diego, Las Vegas and New Mexico. Our projects range from government projects, airport, hotels, spas, restaurant, lounges, retail, car washes, offices and residences.

Responsibilities
• Developing conceptual & space planning, interior elevations, details and finishes
• Participating in client meetings, analyzing and incorporating client needs and budget into the space design, while complying to standard and codes
• Producing high quality design drawings and 3D rendering images
• Evaluating and selecting materials
• Support the project in the documentation process
• Gather on-site data as required
• Coordination with other professional consultants
• Set project schedules
• Advise clients on project progress
• Proficient city and county permitting, CUP processing skills required
Qualifications
• BS/BA degree preferably in interior design or architecture
• At least 6 years interior design or architecture field experiences required
• Proficiency using AutoCad, Illustrator, Photoshop, Revit, Sketch-up, 3D Max, specially excellent 3D visualization/rendering skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently
• May require travel
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible
Language
• Knowing how to speak and write in Korean is a plus, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
