직무 설명서

[담당 업무]

재무 거래 기록 및 조정(대사) 업무
재무제표, 예산안, 보고서 작성
세법 및 회사 정책 준수 확인
감사, 급여 처리, 월말 결산 지원
벤더(거래처) 인보이스 처리
기타 배정된 관련 업무 수행

[자격 요건]

회계 또는 부기(bookkeeping) 관련 경력 1~3년 (인턴 및 신입 경력도 고려)
Microsoft Office 및 회계 소프트웨어(QuickBooks Online) 활용 능숙
뛰어난 조직력, 높은 꼼꼼함, 우수한 커뮤니케이션 능력
성실하고 협업 능력이 뛰어난 팀 플레이어, 강한 직업윤리 및 배우려는 자세
한국어/영어 이중언어 가능자

Job description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will help manage daily financial transactions, support accurate record-keeping, and assist with month-end reporting and planning. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to contribute to the smooth financial operations of our growing company.

[Responsibilities and Duties]
Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable.
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
Assist with audits, payroll processing, and month-end closings.
Process invoices from vendors
Perform other related duties as assigned.

[Qualifications]
1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internships and entry-level experience considered)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting software, QB Online.
​​Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and solid communication skills
Reliable team player with strong work ethic and a desire to learn
Bilingual in Korean/English
