• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Answer calls and help with orders or questions
• Enter orders and customer information
• Organize paperwork and office files
• Provide general office support
Qualifications
• Friendly, dependable, and responsible
• Comfortable speaking with customers
• Organized and willing to learn
• Korean / English bilingual preferred
