Total Work Days: 3–4 days per week.

Mandatory Days: Friday & Saturday (Must be available).

Flexible Days: You can choose your remaining 1–2 days.

1. Key Responsibilities (주요 업무)
Customer Service (손님 응대):
Greet clients warmly and ensure a professional clinic atmosphere.
방문하는 고객을 친절하게 맞이하고 전문적인 병원 분위기를 조성합니다.
Scheduling & Appointments (스케줄 관리):
Manage clinic bookings, confirm appointments, and handle cancellations/rescheduling.
클리닉 예약을 관리하고, 예약 확인 및 취소/변경 업무를 수행합니다.
Social Media Management (SNS 관리):
Create and upload engaging content to Instagram and other social media platforms to promote the clinic.
클리닉 홍보를 위해 인스타그램 및 SNS에 매력적인 콘텐츠를 제작하여 업로드합니다.
Sales & Incentives (세일즈 및 인센티브):
Recommend treatments or products to clients. Performance-based incentives are provided for successful sales.
고객에게 적절한 시술이나 제품을 추천합니다. 성과에 따른 인센티브가 지급됩니다.
Patient Records Management (기록 관리 - 신규 추가):
Maintain accurate patient records using the electronic health records (EHR) system.
전자의무기록(EHR) 시스템을 활용하여 정확하게 환자 차트를 관리합니다.
Clinic Maintenance & Inventory (매장 관리 및 재고 관리 - 신규 추가):
Keep the reception and waiting area tidy and monitor inventory levels for products and supplies.
리셉션과 대기 공간을 청결하게 유지하며, 제품 및 소모품의 재고를 주기적으로 체크합니다.
Communication (문의 응대 - 신규 추가):
Handle phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
