담당 업무:
밝고 전문적인 태도로 고객을 맞이합니다.
제공되는 서비스 및 제품에 대해 고객에게 상담 및 추천합니다.
POS 소프트웨어를 사용하여 고객 체크인 및 체크아웃을 진행하고 예약을 관리합니다.
스파 팀과 협력하여 원활하고 즐거운 고객 경험을 제공합니다.
유명 고객, 유명인, 운동선수, 메가 인플루언서 고객들을 상대로 함께 일할 수 있는 분을 우대합니다.
채용 조건:
1.영업, 접수, 고객 서비스 또는 프런트 데스크 경력(특히 화장품, 뷰티 또는 스킨케어 업계 경력 우대)은 우대하지만 필수는 아닙니다.
2.탁월한 고객 서비스를 가지신 분, 고객에게 서비스 및 제품 설명 및 판매 잘 하실 수 있는 분 우대합니다.
3.뛰어난 의사소통 능력, 대인 관계 및 팀워크 능력을 우대합니다.
영어 및 한국어 이중 언어 구사 가능자 필수, (영어와 한국어 둘 다 구사 가능하여야 합니다)
4.K-뷰티 제품 및 에스테틱/페이셜에 대한 진정한 관심과 전반적인 지식을 우대합니다.
학사/이학사 학위 우대하지만 필수는 아닙니다. 실무 경험에 중점을 둡니다.

Hanok K-Beauty is a BRAND NEW 4500sqft skincare & facial spa focused on natural derived products and services with Korean beauty culture at its core. Hanok K-Beauty is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team Beverly Hills location. If you thrive in a customer-facing environment, excel
in excellent customer services, and possess excellent sales, communication, and organizational skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients with a bright and professional demeanor
Consult clients on services and products offered
Check-in and out guests using POS software & maintaining bookings
Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless and pleasant customer experience
Working with high profile clients, celebs, athletes, and mega influencers is a plus.
What We are Looking For:
Previous experience in sales, receptionist, customer service, or front desk: especially in the cosmetics, beauty, or skincare industry a plus; but not required
Excellence in customer service and a natural sales drive highly desired
Exceptional communication and interpersonal and teamwork skills
Bilingual English and Korean highly desired**
Genuine interest and a general scope of knowledge for K-Beauty products and esthetics / facials a huge plus
BA/BS Degree a plus, but not required - we focus on work experience
