SuperPaw — Field Marketing Associate (Part-Time, Sales Track)

SuperPaw is a pet health care brand that built a leading dental-chew category position in Korea. We're expanding into the U.S. through Amazon, our own D2C site, and Chewy — and now we're building the offline side from scratch.

This is not an event gig. You'll start by selling our product face-to-face at pop-up booths, then move into walking directly into boutique pet shops to win shelf placement. If you can sell, this role is designed to convert into a full-time U.S. sales position. Our U.S. team is small — join now and you're our first salesperson in this market.

What you'll do

1) Sell at pop-up events

Set up booths, merchandise product, manage on-site inventory
Demo and sell directly to customers
Work alongside team members flying in from our Korea HQ — you won't run events alone
Report sales results and customer feedback after each event
Upcoming schedule (subject to change):

Location Dates
Lewisville, TX Thu Aug 27 – Fri Sep 4
Fayetteville September (dates TBC)
San Francisco, CA Sat Sep 26
Santa Monica, CA Sun Oct 18
Los Angeles, CA Thu Oct 22 – Sat Oct 24

You are not required to attend every event. We'll work out what's realistic for you, and when travel is required, we cover airfare, lodging, and per diem. (Candidates available for the full schedule are preferred.)

2) Boutique pet shop field sales — this is what we evaluate

Build and work a territory list of independent pet shops and groomers
Walk in, pitch the product, drop samples, follow up for shelf placement
Log buyer feedback and share it with HQ
Your results here — accounts visited, placements won, reorders — are the primary basis for converting into the sales role. We review conversion after your first season, roughly three months in.

Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States
Valid U.S. driver's license and access to your own vehicle (business mileage reimbursed)
Able to visit accounts in your territory regularly and in person (territory is set together based on where you're based)
Available for weekend and some weekday evening event schedules
Comfortable approaching strangers and store buyers cold, and talking about a product you believe in
Able to lift up to 25 lbs (booth materials, product cases), with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred

Available to travel for the full event schedule, including out-of-state
Korean–English bilingual — you'll coordinate with our Korea HQ team regularly
Retail, event, promotional, or B2B field sales experience
Pet owner, or genuine interest in the pet industry
Compensation & Schedule

Part-time, W-2. Conversion to a full-time sales role considered based on results and mutual fit
Field-based within your territory — no office attendance required. Airfare, lodging, and per diem covered when travel is required
Business mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate; California paid sick leave provided
How to apply
Send your resume (Korean or English) to [skhong@superpaw.co.kr]. If you've done retail, events, or sales, add two or three lines on what you sold, to whom, and how — it moves your application to the front. Please also include the city you're currently based in, so we can discuss territory.

We'll reach out individually and run a single video interview.

SuperPaw is an equal opportunity employer.
