1. Manager Accountant in Tax & Accounting
[Manager in Tax and Accounting]
▶ Manager Job descriptions:
Manage and oversee the workflow for tax preparation, compilations, and accounting projects
Perform final reviews of business and individual tax returns and financial statements
Client relationship management providing direct consultation and strategic tax planning
Responsible for the mentorship, ongoing training, and professional development of staff and senior accountants
Work closely with partners on business development, billing, and the implementation of firm-wide processes
Lead due diligence, agreed-upon procedure projects, and complex government notice resolutions
▶ Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, Finance required, CPA license highly preferred
Minimum 5~7 years of public accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role required
Must be highly proficient with Lacerte & QuickBooks
Exceptional ability to manage multiple engagements, meet strict deadlines, and delegate effectively
Superior interpersonal and communication skills for both client advisory and team management
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (word and excel)
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be able to work overtime during the busy season and as needed
Bi-lingual preferred (English and Korean)
