Location: Wi Spa, LA (On-site)
Working Hours: 8 hour shifts for 5 days per week – Must be flexible for rotating shifts and on-call duties (nights, weekends, and holidays)

주요 업무 (Responsibilities):
• Daily maintenance of machinery(A/C, different type of boilers)
• Coordinating repairs with vendors and hunting for repair parts
• Basic Plumbing, handyman and electrical skills
자격 요건 (Qualifications / Requirements):
• High School Diploma or GED; All maintenance related certificates a plus for rate negotiation
• English and Korean is a must
• Able to lift between 25 to 50 pounds and climb stairs/ladders without any physical limitations
• Must be able to legally work in the US
• Must be able to follow all safety guidelines when required
• Must be a team player and have good communication skills
