Job Title: Purchasing Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to manage vendor relationships, place purchase orders, track inventory needs, and help ensure our supply chain runs smoothly. This role works closely with production, logistics, and sales to support timely and cost-effective purchasing decisions.
Responsibilities
• Create and manage purchase orders
• Communicate with domestic and overseas suppliers
• Track order statuses and lead times
• Review quotes and negotiate pricing when needed
• Monitor inventory levels and restock as required
• Resolve delivery or quality issues with vendors
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
Qualifications
• Previous purchasing or supply-chain experience preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with Excel and purchasing systems
• Highly organized, with great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

About the Role
Seeking a dynamic production specialist to join our team. If you have prior production experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Assist with administrative tasks and order processing
• Communicate with overseas vendors to provide product information and business inquiries
• Build and maintain positive relationships
• Support strategies and meet targets
• Conduct market research and assist with sales events
• Prepare sales reports and stay updated on industry trends
Requirements:
• Must be detail oriented and extremely organized
• Previous sales or production service experience is a plus but not necessary
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Korean or Mandarin a Plus but not required
