Fashion Designer
$38–$45/hour (DOE)
Experience: 5+ Years
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to lead the development of our seasonal collections. This leadership role requires strong creative direction, technical expertise, and the ability to take ideas from concept through production.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the design process from concept to final sample approval
• Research market trends and competitor collections
• Develop mood boards, color stories, fabric and trim direction
• Create detailed sketches, CADs, and tech packs
• Oversee fittings and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with production, merchandising, and vendors
• Mentor junior designers and guide creative development
• Ensure brand consistency across all collections
What You Bring:
• 5+ years of fashion design experience after
• Fashion design school graduate required
• Expert-level Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop skills
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and specifications
• Leadership, organization, and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
