As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a Senior HR Manager who can lead our hiring strategy, build strong recruitment systems, and elevate our overall people operations. This is a senior-level role for someone who can take ownership of the full hiring lifecycle and help us build a high-performance team.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR leader who will oversee job postings, headhunting, candidate screening, interviews, hiring processes, and post-hire follow-up.
This role is not administrative only. You will design and execute recruitment strategy, improve hiring quality, and help shape our company culture as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Create and optimize job descriptions and hiring funnels
• Conduct headhunting for key and senior-level positions
• Screen resumes and conduct structured interviews
• Design and improve interview evaluation systems
• Manage offer negotiation and hiring decisions
• Oversee onboarding process and new hire follow-up
• Develop retention strategies and performance tracking systems
• Maintain recruitment data and hiring metrics
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
Qualifications
• 5+ years of HR or Talent Acquisition experience
• Strong experience in headhunting and senior-level recruiting
• Experience building structured interview and evaluation systems
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work directly with leadership and make independent decisions
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in eCommerce or fast-growing startup environments
• Experience recruiting for marketing, tech, and operations roles
• Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking systems
• Understanding of U.S. employment regulations
• Experience developing compensation and performance frameworks
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, start time between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM, with an 8-hour workday plus a 1-hour lunch break.
