Import Pre-Production / Assistant
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
- Experience with fit specs and fit comments
- WIP tracking, data entry, tech packs, and fit comments
- Sample organization and follow-up skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Graphic Designer + Social Media
Responsibilities:
- Design website banners, advertisements, and email blasts
- Edit and retouch product photos
- Assist with photoshoots and marketing projects
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create engaging content and monitor performance
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Photoshop & Illustrator
- English required; Korean preferred
- Strong sense of design and organization
- Experience with N41 system is a plus
Tradeshow Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
- Assist with trade show setup and breakdown, including lifting and moving boxes and displays
- Engage with buyers, showcase products, and take orders
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Travel to domestic trade shows (weekend travel required)
- Support the team with inventory management and sales processing
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move heavy items during trade shows
- Comfortable working long hours on trade show days, including weekends
- Previous trade show or sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with N41 software is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A team player with a positive attitude
